After telling host Travis Stork that Nick Jonas is the person with diabetes that she most looks up to, diabetic teen Rachel was ushered into a waiting vehicle to meet her hero. Nick—who's done a lot of fundraising for diabetes—graciously answered Rachel's questions about living with the disease and even gave her a hug after their meeting.

How does Paris Hilton keep track of all of her various comings and goings?
Pretty much the same way that everyone else finds out about her activities—she Googles herself, according to Us Magazine.
Hilton—who's currently being sued for $8 million for allegedly failing to promote her comedy Pledge This!—testified in a pre-trial hearing in Miami on Thursday that she doesn't keep a diary for her business meetings.
If the 28-year-old heiress—who further testified that she makes about $11 million a year—needs to remind herself of what she's been up to, "I just press my name and Google it and see."
